Join us for an engaging conversation as we explore this year’s National Inclusion Week® theme: “Now is the Time.”

This theme is a call to action – reminding us that inclusion can’t wait. In a climate of growing resistance to inclusion and diversity (I&D,) particularly in the US, alongside economic uncertainty and tightening budgets, it’s never been more important to act decisively. I&D professionals are being called to lead with urgency, resilience, and creativity. This session will highlight practical, impactful ways to embed sustainable inclusion across organisations – and why now really is the time

This webinar is hosted by:

Sharon Cooper. Sharon joined Inclusive Employers in July 2021 and brought with her 21 years of implementing meaningful learning interventions. With over 11 years experience of working in the Housing Sector in the UKs first Mutual Housing Association, Sharon had led on various innovative cultural and leadership programmes all designed to help colleagues be their best self at work and deliver the best service possible to their customers. Find out more about Sharon here.

Janet Tidmarsh. Janet is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, and has worked across some the UK’s best known, and largest, brands, in both Inclusion, Learning and Talent roles across the last two decades. She has been part of Senior Leadership Teams in Whitbread PLC, Sainsbury’s PLC and Virgin Active Ltd, and is an established, credible leader, familiar with operating at an Executive and Board level. Her inclusion work has been recognised externally through both individual awards, and company accreditations, and she is often asked to share her knowledge and speak at DE&I conferences. Michelle Daltry. Michelle is a Lead Consultant for Inclusive Employers. Michelle was the Partnership Manager for Disability Sport Wales, a post that she held for over 19 years, before joining the team. As an Inclusion and Diversity specialist within the field of sport and physical activity, Michelle is passionate about supporting the sector to address inequalities within the workplace and out in the field of play. Formerly the Chair of the Welsh Wheelchair Rugby Association and with a strong commitment for equality and inclusion, Michelle is the chair of LGBT Sport Cymru a network established to promote and support opportunities for the LGBT community and a Co-Founder of the UK LGBTIQ+ Sport Alliance.
