For the past five years, Alex has specialised in inclusion within sport, working with 48 National Governing Bodies in England and numerous organisations across the sector to embed inclusive practices.<\/p>\n<p>Passionate about creating positive and accessible environments, Alex helps organisations ensure that sport and physical activity are open to everyone, whether as participants, volunteers, coaches, or employees.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Experience<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>Alex\u2019s experience includes:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leading inclusion initiatives as <strong>Head of Talent Inclusion<\/strong> for Sport England\u2019s talent strategy<\/li>\n<li>Designing and delivering <strong>EDI strategies<\/strong> for national organisations<\/li>\n<li>Developing cultural change programmes to foster inclusive environments<\/li>\n<li>Providing expert advice on the <strong>Equality Act 2010<\/strong> and compliance<\/li>\n<li>Driving inclusion-led pilot programmes to improve accessibility in sport<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alex has worked on projects that challenge the status quo and create systemic change, ensuring inclusion is embedded at every level.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skills<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>Alex combines strategic thinking with practical delivery to help organisations achieve measurable inclusion outcomes.
