About Sam <\/h2>\n<\/p>\n

Sam is a dedicated inclusion and diversity consultant with a rich background spanning over 18 years as a Police Officer. Throughout their career in Policing, Sam served as an LGBTQ+ link officer, advocating for the rights and needs of the LGBTQ+ community.<\/p>\n

She also used lived experience to provide vital support to individuals navigating sensitive issues such as IVF matters. This role not only deepened their understanding of diversity but also fuelled her passion for creating safe spaces for people to come together and learn from each other.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Sam is very adept at cross-sector collaboration, building strong relationships that bridge gaps between various organisations. Her problem-solving skills and innovative thinking enables them to tackle complex diversity challenges with creativity and effectiveness.<\/p>\n

Whether facilitating workshops, conducting training sessions or providing strategic advice, Sam is committed to driving meaningful change and promoting an inclusive culture in every environment they engage with. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Transitioning to consultancy, Sam joined Inclusive Employers, where she has made a significant impact by training and supporting hundreds of learners through their CMI qualifications.<\/p>\n

Sam\u2019s commitment to fostering diversity is particularly evident in her work with the Police Sector, where she has empowered numerous individuals to enhance their skills and knowledge, ultimately contributing to a more Inclusive landscape. As a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (fCMgr) Sam combines practical experiences with her own academic achievements.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
