With a strong background in the Education sector, spanning higher, further and secondary education. She brings both strategic insight and practical experience to every project.<\/p>\n<p>Her academic expertise in History, complemented by an MA in Race and Resistance, provides a deep understanding of racism and systemic inequality. This knowledge shaped her leadership as Chair of the Race Equality Forum at Luminate Education Group, where she drove impactful initiatives to advance race equity.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>Tanisha has led a range of high-profile projects, including:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Developing and implementing Inclusion and Diversity strategies<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing and shaping organisational policies<\/li>\n<li>Facilitating race equality forums and cultural change programmes<\/li>\n<li>Advising senior leaders on embedding inclusive practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Her experience enables her to support organisations in creating workplaces where everyone can thrive.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skills<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>Tanisha combines academic insight with hands-on expertise to deliver tailored solutions.
