She has a proven track record of highlighting the importance of these areas and implementing practical solutions which connect with hearts and minds and achieve successful outcomes.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>With over 11 years\u2019 experience of working in the Housing Sector in the UKs first Mutual Housing Association, Sharon had led on various innovative cultural and leadership programmes all designed to help colleagues be their best selves at work and deliver the best service possible to their customers.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Achievements<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>Sharon thrives on managing complex projects and builds professional trusted relationships with stakeholders that contribute to successful outcomes.
