These sessions are practical and relatable: they are a simple way to support behaviour change.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why They Work<\/strong><br \/><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>They are designed to be embedded into daily working life; <\/li>\n<li>They have real relevance to the work of the team;<\/li>\n<li>They are given priority and time on a routine basis, enabling colleagues to learn together during the session and beyond; <\/li>\n<li>They create opportunities for an ongoing conversations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How They Work<br \/><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The packages are applicable to all types of employees as they have been developed to allow delegates to contextualise the learning to fit with their own environment.
