Intersectionality is a much-used term in the world of Inclusion & Diversity, but do you know what it truly means? Intersectionality explores the interconnected nature of social categorisations\u2014such as race, class, and gender\u2014and how these overlapping identities contribute to shaping opportunities and challenges someone has in life. We know that individuals are complex and have multiple parts to their identities, but how does this impact everyday interactions, inclusion efforts and, more importantly, what does it have to do with you?<\/p>\n

We will explore this and more in this highly interactive and informative session, including contributions from industry thought leaders who will each share their unique insights, which will give you new tools to approach this conversation in a more nuanced and complex way within the workplace.<\/p>\n
