Yasser is the Project Team Lead at Inclusive Employers, bringing a wealth of experience in managing large-scale change management initiatives. He specialises in aligning diversity and inclusion efforts across top-tier organisations, ensuring that strategic goals are met with precision and impact.

With a strong focus on organisational culture, Yasser works closely with senior leadership to assess cultural health, promote accountability, and deliver meaningful change. He currently leads the coordination of the West Yorkshire Police (WYP) Cultural Awareness course, a major anti-racism training programme aimed at reaching 10,000 delegates across the force.
