Tanisha is a Senior Consultant at Inclusive Employers, dedicated to helping organisations embed meaningful change. With a strong background in the Education sector, spanning higher, further and secondary education. She brings both strategic insight and practical experience to every project.

Her academic expertise in History, complemented by an MA in Race and Resistance, provides a deep understanding of racism and systemic inequality. This knowledge shaped her leadership as Chair of the Race Equality Forum at Luminate Education Group, where she drove impactful initiatives to advance race equity.
